The Directors of PT PLN Enjiniring signed a Cooperation Agreement regarding the Implementation of the PT PLN Enjiniring Employee Internship Program at PT Inti Karya Persada Tehnik (IKPT) on Wednesday (19/20).
This Internship Program is a breakthrough program from PT PLN Engineering to develop employee competence from PT PLN Engineering itself, especially in Detailed Design Engineering work. In the internship program, PT PLN Enjiniring sent 13 of its best employees to then take part in the apprenticeship process at PT IKPT for approximately 1 year.
The employees participating in the apprenticeship program consist of 2 (two) Civil Servants, 2 (two) Electrical Employees, 3 (three) Instrument Employees, 2 (two) Mechanical Employees, 1 Piping Employee (one) person, and 3 (three) Process Employees.
The Main Director of PT PLN Engineering also hopes that the apprenticeship program will run smoothly.
“We really hope that the successful implementation of this apprenticeship program can be carried out smoothly and in the future PT PLN Enjiniring can work together with PT IKPT in other projects”
Through this apprenticeship program, it is hoped that PT PLN Engineering employees can develop properly so that they are able to contribute to PT PLN Engineering in the future.
