Yogyakarta – In an effort to contribute to the 2019 PLN International Conference & Learning, Innovation, Knowledge and Exhibition (LIKE), PT PLN Enjiniring sent the best candidates to take part in the event which was held on October 21-24 at the Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta.
The event with the theme “Technology and Policy in Energy and Electric Power” was organized by PT PLN (Persero) Research and Development Center (PUSLITBANG) in collaboration with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Scientific Committee from UI, ITB , UGM, UNDIP and ITS.
In its implementation, the event was welcomed directly by the General Manager (GM) of PLN PUSLITBANG, Bagus Setiawan, and was attended by all PLN Group personnel and other PLN Partners. The conference was also attended by 116 researchers in energy policy and technology from 8 well-known countries, such as Australia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Germany, China, Thailand, America and Vietnam.
The innovation work competition was also presented by PLN as a forum for PLN units and Subsidiaries. There are 328 innovations that have been submitted and 26 innovations have been selected to be contested in LIKE in 5 innovation branches namely generation, transmission, distribution, technical support and non-technical support.
