Bogor – In order to internalize PT PLN Engineering’s vision, mission and values, the Human Resources (HR) Division of PLN Engineering held a Bootcamp for Champion Program for OJT Students Batch 61-67 at Camp Hulu Cai on Friday-Saturday (28-29/06) .
Carrying the theme “Unlock Your Potential: The Champion Ways to Get Incredible Results”, PLN Engineering in collaboration with Suluh Consulting provided guidance to OJT students through several presentations of material from the Main Director of PLNE Hernadi Buhron, Director of Marketing and Business Development of PLNE Ultrisza Mednawarman, Director of Engineering PLNE Yanuar Hakim and Director of Finance and Human Resources Alfi Zamzami. On the same occasion, the Maluku and Papua Regional Business Director of PT PLN (Persero) Ahmad Rofik who is one of the founding fathers of PLN Engineering was also present to participate in giving presentations regarding tips for a successful career at PLN.
The event which was held for two days was made even more lively by the presence of games and outbound on the second day. The games and outbound aim to create teamwork and form a winning mentality and personality for potential new PLN Engineering employees.
In the final session of the event, the PLNE HR Division also gave appreciation for the Best Participant, Most Favorite Participant, Best Group, and Most Compact Group categories. The best participant category was won by Khakam Taqiyudin Amrulloh, Bunga Permata Adviani and Raka Budi Satrio Utomo. While the category of the most favorite participant was won by Rizki Rinanda Putra.
Through this program, Fransiska Widyastuti as the Coordinator of HR and General Affairs for PLN Engineering is sure that PLNE OJT students can bring about better changes for PLN Engineering in the future.
