Jakarta Entering its 13th year, PLN Engineering as a subsidiary of PT PLN (Persero) is increasingly demonstrating its quality in the works it has produced. In addition to carrying out work according to the mandate of PT PLN (Persero), PLN Engineering also handles several jobs that cover non-engineering fields. In fact, PLN Engineering established a subsidiary engaged in Operation and Maintenance (O&M) under the name PT Prima Power Nusantara.
The Board of Directors of PLN Engineering along with the Board of Commissioners, as well as the shareholders were present to inaugurate the new PLN Engineering subsidiary at the JW Marriot Hotel, Jakarta. The event took place solemnly as expected. The inauguration was marked by the signing of the establishment of Prima Power Nusantara before a notary on 15 June 2016.
Also witnessing the inauguration were senior managers and managers. With the presence of a new subsidiary within PLN Engineering, it is hoped that there will be a harmonious synergy between the parent and subsidiary companies in order to advance the company.
