Jakarta – PLN Engineering has held a Handover ceremony for the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners on Thursday (25/02). The event which was attended by the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners for the period 2016 – 2021, the new Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners, as well as the entire Management of PLN Engineering took place smoothly and solemnly
The event began with the opening and continued with a joint prayer as well as the signing and submission of the Minutes of Handover of the Position of Commissioner from Mr. Djoko Prasetyo, represented by Mr. Ahmad Rofik to Mr. Muhammad Rizali Karliansyah. Followed by the signing and submission of the Minutes of Handover of Positions for the Board of Directors from the Representative of the Directors for the 2016 – 2021 Period, namely Mr. Hernadi Buhron to the Representative of the New Directors, namely Mr. Didik Sudarmadi.
“On this occasion, we congratulate the Board of Directors for the 2016 – 2021 period for successfully carrying out their assigned duties very well and bringing the performance of PLN Engineering much better than before. We also thank Mr. Djoko Prasetyo for his dedication while carrying out his duties. Commissioner at PLN Engineering. Welcome also to the New Board of Directors and Commissioners of PLN Engineering, I hope that with your presence, PLN Enjinring can be far more advanced and have a more role in helping the PLN Group’s core business.” said Ahmad Rofik as Main Commissioner of PLN Engineering.
On the same occasion, Hernadi Buhron as Main Director of PLN Engineering for the 2016 – 2021 period representing the entire Board of Directors for the 2016 – 2021 period expressed his thanks, apologies and congratulations on duty to the Directors and Commissioners for the next period.
“We express our gratitude especially to the Shareholders and Commissioners who have given us trust, guidance and direction until 2021. Of course we also thank the Task Givers, both from PLN and PLN Subsidiaries. On this occasion we also thank you for support and cooperation to the Board of Directors 2016 – 2021, Senior Managers, Heads of Units, Managers and all PLN Engineering Employees. We also apologize if in carrying out our duties there was an oversight for our actions so far. Please kindly open the door for profuse apologies and please understand. We also wish you good luck on your assignment and taking on a new mandate for the new Board of Directors and Commissioners, hopefully we can bring PLN Engineering even better.” concluded Mr. Hernadi.
A speech was also delivered by Mr. Didik Sudarmadi as Main Director of PLN Engineering. He expressed his gratitude and hopes for PLN Engineering in the future so that it can be even better.
“The PLN Engineering business is the backbone for PLN, because it is part of the main business in distributing electricity. So PLNE is expected to support PLN’s vision and mission. Along with this, we also thank the Shareholders for their trust in us to become members of the Board of Directors. New to PLN Engineering. Of course we also thank the Board of Directors for the period 2016 – 2021 for their cooperation over the past 4 years to advance PLN Engineering as a Subsidiary that carries out its functions in terms of engineering. We also ask for direction and guidance, especially from Mr. Ahmad Rofik along with The Board of Commissioners, please give us some advice and we really hope that we can carry out our duties properly. As well as PLN Engineering personnel, we also hope for their support in running our ships in a clear direction, so that the mandate can be carried out properly, and the expectations of Shareholders can also te fulfill. Furthermore, the event was closed with a group photo followed by hospitality with the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.
