Jakarta, 22/12) The handover ceremony and parting ceremony for the Directors of PT PLN Engineering was held on Thursday, 22 December 2016 at the PLN Engineering Wijaya Office at 15:00 WIB. Present along with the entire management of PLN Engineering the invitees, Directors (Mr. Heru Setyopurwoko, Mr. Abdul Fadil) and Commissioners (Mr. Moch. Sofyan) PT Prima Power Nusantara, Directors of PT Crompton Prima Switchgear Indonesia (Mr. MS. Srinivhasan, Mr Sapta Hidayat Nurdin) and Mr. Umesh B., Board of Commissioners of PT PLN Enjiniring (Mr. Julius Bobo, Mr. Djoko Prasetyo), Secretary of the Board of Commissioners (Bp Bowo Setiadji), Association of Ms Directors of PLN Engineering and PLN Enjining employees witnessed the signing ceremony of the Minutes of Handover of answers and submission of the Board of Directors’ Memory of Position in 2016.
The composition of the Board of Directors of PT PLN Engineering based on the Shareholders’ Decree, PT PLN (Persero), includes:
- Hernadi Buhron as Acting Member of the Main Director replacing Zainal Abidin Sihite
- Alfi Zamzami as Acting Member of the Director of Finance & HR replacing Burhanuddin
- Yanuar Hakim as Acting Member of the Director of Engineering replacing SY Wahyudi Agus Surahmat
- Ultrisza Mednawarman as Acting Member of the Director of Marketing and Business Development to replace Edward Siagian.
In the farewell ceremony, the Main Director of CPSI, Mr. Srinivhasan gave his impressions while working with PLN Directors and introduced his replacement candidate as of December 2016, Mr. Umesh Badanikar, Mr. Heru Setyopurwoko as the Main Director of PT PPN also conveyed his impressions and represented the employee, Mr. Sutiyo (Senior Construction Manager). Mr. Hernadi Buhron gave his first speech in front of the management and employees of PT PLN Enjiniring and invited all employees to jointly build a company to make PT PLN Enjiniring an electricity engineering consulting company that will grow and develop in Asia.
The event ended with the handing over of souvenirs and all participants who were present shook hands and released the previous term of Directors and welcomed the new term of Directors. (K)
