Jakarta – PLN Engineering participated in a joint workshop with Priority Account Executive (PAE) of PT PLN (Persero) Headquarters, Regional Main Unit and Main Distribution Unit, which discussed PLN Engineering products and services and a joint integrated marketing scheme, between PLNE and PAE PLN to provide PLN Group Integrated Service for Priority Customers of PLN on Friday (06/11).
The event which was held virtually was attended directly by the Directors of PLN Engineering and its staff and PAE PT PLN (Persero), of course. The event began with remarks from the VP of Sales and Customer Service of PLN, Marjon Sinaga and continued with a keynote presentation by the Director of Marketing and Business Development of PLN Engineering, Ultrisza Mednawarman.
The information provided at the workshop was about profile knowledge, products, services, contact persons and basic communication from PLN Engineering. In addition, the activities of the workshop have several objectives, including first, to synergize the potential, competence, expertise, experience and resources of the PLN Group to serve PLN’s Premium Customers in an integrated manner. Second, One Stop Service. Third, optimizing the potential of PLN Group Subsidiaries for beyond kWh revenue. And the last one is to provide service convenience for premium customers – customer experience.
On this occasion, Ultrisza said that PLN Engineering is ready to synergize together to advance reliable electrical and non-electrical industrial sectors throughout Indonesia.
