Jakarta – Starting 2018, PLN Engineering held a Work Meeting (Raker) 2018. The meeting which was held on January 23-24 was conducted to formulate a work plan for 2018 and determine Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The meeting with the theme “The Year of Product Quality Improvement and HR” was held at the Manhattan Hotel, South Jakarta.
The 2018 Working Meeting was attended by all Directors, Head of the Risk Management Unit, Senior Managers, Managers, and the Strategic Program Project Team Leader (PTL). According to the Main Director of PLN Engineering, Hernadi Buhron, the company’s current focus is product quality and human resources.
Meanwhile, Director of Engineering, Yanuar Hakim said that this year was a challenge for PLN Engineering. The revenue target for the engineering sector in 2018 is IDR 756 billion. Thus, product quality and human resources are also important elements to achieve this target. (24/1/2018)
